Step 4: Verify assessments were imported

The assessment loading process is a two-step process:

  1. Upload assessments for processing, which generates an import file.

  2. Import file is imported into the ODS for the district to eventually view via the CCMR Insights dashboard.

There will be a delay between these two steps. Assessment data that was uploaded via the Assessment Load page within the Ed-Fi Management Application will only be visible on the district’s CCMR Insights dashboard after the nightly refresh has been completed.

After the nightly refresh has been completed, the status of the assessment data import can be verified by viewing the Import Status page within the Ed-Fi Management Application. As mentioned in the important notice below, request assistance from Region 10 for any unsolvable errors that occur at this stage.

The top section the Import Status page will provide the import status by filename. The status will contain:

  1. a count of rows processed

  2. a count of rows inserted (Success)

  3. a count of rows updated (Exists)

A totally successful import will appear in green while imports with errors will appear in red.

A Refresh button exists (top-right) so that the page can be manually updated to show the latest status.
