Student success planning tool
Counselor tool: Counselors can use this student success planning tool to create action plans for individual students. The goal of using the tool is to map out multiple pathways that students can take to earn at least one CCMR A-F point and to prepare them for success on the postsecondary pathway(s) of their choice.
Clicking on any numeric value in the upper dashboard area, or any bar segment in the individual metrics, will open a page listing all the applicable students. Each metric for each student, as well as demographic and identity information, are displayed. Scroll the list to the right to view all values. Click on the Next button on the bottom of the list to go to the next page of students.
Every column header has either a text or dropdown search feature, depending on whether the field has a pre-determined set of values (such as student level) or is more unique, such as student name or ID. Simply select a value, or start typing to filter the list. Filters can be applied across multiple columns. Click on “Reset Filters” to go back to the filter you started from. Also, the small up and down arrows in each field heading can be used to sort the data by ascending or descending values of that column.
You can export the list to Excel-compatible CSV (comma-separated values) format by clicking the “Export as CSV” button at the bottom right.
Tool: trends and equity gaps
Use a modified version of the TEA CCMR board goals template to add historical data and charts that highlight equity gaps and surface opportunities to expand programs related to particular CCMR indicators.

Note that because CCMR accountability data lags, the TAPR reports for 2020, 2019, and 2018 report data for your graduates from 2019, 2018, and 2017 respectively.
Using data from CCMR Insights, CCMR Verifier, or from other sources, you may be able to enter projections for the 2021 and 2022 rows on the tool template.
